My first introduction to the art of lucid dreaming was a long long time ago. Most of us have a lucid dream from time to time without meaning it but few of us actually remember when we wake up. Fewer still learn to do it on command.
Most books and guides on lucid dreaming promise you'll be doing it in 12 hours or whatever. It doesn't work like that. Lucid dreaming has a tough learning curve and a lot of shit is made up online trying to sell you something so it muddies the water until you don't know what to believe. A Field Guide to Lucid Dreaming was one of the original books on the topic. It gives you a no-nonsense approach with everything you need to know.
The fact that Amazon give you the audio-book here is a bonus. You can listen to it while in the car or just falling asleep. Personally I like to listen to it a couple of times over to make sure I've really got everything from the book. Sure, you can read it as well but I always feel like I'm being the most productive when I can listen to self improvement stuff while I'd otherwise be wasting time.
